Shipping is handled by freight.

Once the item has left the Harbottle facility, Harbottle does not have control or influence over the arrival date of the item.

All shipping information is shared with the client and as such, the client has as much information as Harbottle at any given time about the location of the product.

Upon exchange of possession from the freight handler to the purchaser, the crate must be inspected for damage and defect. If the crate has obvious damage that is suspect of associated damage to the item, the item must be refused and damage must be cited as the reason for refusal.

Non-obvious damage or performance issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise warranty may be void.

All Harbottle product is tested and verified over 500 times throughout the build process.  As such, all Harbottle product is certified as ready for use upon packaging and shipping. Defective equipment is not permitted to leave our factory.
